Defendant Jose L. Sandoval II DBA North Point Computers hereby answers Plaintiff's claims:

1. Defendant admits that a business relationship existed.

2. Defendant denies Plaintiff's claim of never receiving a computer. The Pentium II system was purchased, assembled, and remains at Defendant's place of business ready for pickup.

3. Defendant denies any obligation to refund Plaintiff. All work was performed under Defendant's posted policies.

4. Defendant affirmatively states that Plaintiff has an outstanding labor balance.

COUNTERCLAIM: Defendant counterclaims for unpaid labor totaling $1,385.60, which includes $1,280.00 for completed labor and $105.60 in applicable sales tax.
