North Point Computers has at all times acted in good faith with Tom Ronnkvist regarding the Welder Control Project.

1. We have been transparent about project scope, timeline, and costs from the beginning.

2. We have accommodated multiple requests and changes to the project scope.

3. We have maintained detailed records of all work performed and communications.

4. We have offered multiple resolution options including pickup, shipment, and continued work.

5. We have not avoided communication or failed to respond to reasonable requests.

Despite our good faith efforts, Tom has made false claims and legal threats without justification.
