WORK PERFORMED EVIDENCE

This document summarizes the technical work performed on Tom Ronnkvist's Welder Control Project.

Hardware Integration:

• Replaced failing ISA controller card (March 2024)

• Installed replacement Pentium II system with ISA slots (May 2024)

• Integrated existing ISA cards and drive into new system (May 2024)

Software and Configuration:

• Cloned original hard drive image to new system (May 2024)

• Attempted virtualization using USB-to-ISA adapters (May-July 2024)

• Restored system from backup after HDD failure (September 2024)

On-Site Services:

• Multiple diagnostic visits to Tom's location (April, May 2024)

• Coordination with MTI technician (May 2024)

• Continued support and troubleshooting throughout project
